Prior to arriving to your session, please assure you have received and completed all intake and consent forms.
Remain hydrated, well-nourished, open-minded, and prepare comfortable clothing to sit/stretch in.
What to expect...
We will focus on connecting with self to bring in a sense of grounding and clarity. You can expect to experience a variety of mental, emotional, and physical reactions and sensations. You are strongly encouraged to feel your experience fully and will be provided space to do so.
How long is the session?...
You have the option to choose between a 30- or 60- minute session. It is recommended to include time to relax at the start and time to bring back awareness near the end.
Beginners are encouraged to book 60 minutes.
What's next?...
Near the end of your session, you will be given information you can start incorporating into your person routine. Please, book additional sessions and we will continue learning techniques to help you grow on your journey. Life coaching session are offered for more in-depth guidance.
