What to expect...
Our in-person yoga classes aim to strengthen your muscles, promote flexibility, and calm the mind. Expect to sweat, challenge your mind and body, and have fun!
How long is class?...
Yoga classes will last for 60 minutes. Please arrive 10-20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. This will allow you time to prepare and center before your practice.
